SOFTWARE RELEASE COORDINATOR

Job Description:

KWI is looking for a Software Release Coordinator to optimize work schedule for maximum efficiency based on various factors such as using established business criteria to assign estimated completion dates to new work requests in web-based ticketing system; Manipulating existing work schedule based on business issues or management escalation; improve business processes involving work scheduling; and Either implementing or at least outlining automation to execute scheduling of new work where standard criteria applies.

Responsibilities/Skills Required:

• Proficient w/ usage of PC and MS Office (esp. Excel).
• Superior organization and orientation to details.
• Technical experience and/or education (programming/scripting, database, analysis, systems admin) a BIG plus.
• Retail experience a plus.
• Superior oral and written communication.
