RETAIL CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) ANALYST
Job Description:
A minimum of 3+ years’ retail experience with a strong knowledge of retail database marketing is required. You must be able to work with end users to define promotional events and retail CRM initiatives. You will be communicating internally with development team to fulfill user requests. Applicant must be computer literate and a self-starter.
Responsibilities
- Defines the criteria for customer selection for promotional direct mail
- Suggests alternative media, use of alternative communication channels, methods for measuring results
- Monitors customer data hygiene
- Produces monthly management reports with suggestions for client use
- Assists with new client implementation and ongoing customer support
- Manages all client requests through internal channels
- Manages the design/testing/delivery of all new system functionality and enhancements
- Works directly with client to best achieve their business objectives
- Aids in training client personnel
Required Skills
- In depth knowledge of retail business processes with experience with retail systems
- Customer service oriented with ability to interact with clients on any level
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Creative individual with excellent analytical shills
- Someone who has an outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly along with a positive and constructive attitude
- Previous experience with creating promotional events using historical customer information
